ENTWODWI

$91.00
I originally thought that ENTWODWI meant introverted in Haitian Creole. I'm wasn't sure if that was true, but I went with it. Only to learn that it translates in English to "introducing" - Very Different! But now I understand how kids get names like "Vulva"
This mask is part of my experimental series "101 Ways I See You"
She was handbuilt from white high fire stoneware. She was purposely made concave, folded inward, to capture the glass that became her eyes and freckles. She's really interesting to observe from different angles.
